Every war leaves scars — but the ones within us never fade.
I’m proud to announce the release of my debut philosophical book, Kurukshetra Within: The War We All Carry – now available on Amazon India.
This book is a modern exploration of the Mahabharata’s timeless wisdom but not as a story of gods or kings. It is reimagined as a psychological battlefield, where each character becomes a reflection of human emotion, conflict, and consciousness.
About the Book
Each chapter delves into a legendary figure from the Mahabharata Bhishma, Draupadi, Karna, Duryodhana, Shakuni, Krishna, and Arjuna not to glorify them, but to decode the human truth they represent.
Through the lens of modern psychology, the book examines questions that define our existence:
- What is loyalty when it costs your freedom?
- Can belonging exist without identity?
- How does conscience survive in a world of strategy?
- And most importantly, what happens when certainty collapses?
Every page takes you closer to your own inner battlefield the Kurukshetra of the mind where right and wrong often share the same face.
Why I Wrote This Book
The idea was born from one haunting thought:
Maybe the Mahabharata never ended — it simply moved inside us.
I realized that each of us lives a version of that war between duty and desire, faith and reason, peace and chaos. Kurukshetra Within is my attempt to bring that invisible battle into words, not as a religious scripture, but as a human mirror.
I wanted to write something that feels timeless yet deeply personal — a book that doesn’t preach, but provokes; doesn’t answer, but awakens.
Who Should Read It
This book will resonate with you if you are:
- A seeker of meaning in modern chaos.
- Someone who reflects more than you react.
- A believer that stories can heal, not just entertain.
- Or someone standing at a crossroad : between what you know, and what you feel.
Whether you’re a lover of Indian philosophy, psychological introspection, or literary storytelling, this book is meant to stir the stillness within you.

Final Thought
The real battlefield was never in Kurukshetra. It was — and always will be — in the human mind.
